Where do you ship and how long does delivery take? We ship to Italy (delivery within 3 working days), across the European Union (delivery within 5 working days), and to South Korea.
What are the shipping costs? The cost is €4.90 for Italy and the European Union. For international shipping to South Korea, the cost is €15.00.
Within how many days can I make a return? The maximum time limit is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Is the return free of charge and do you provide a label? Yes, the return is free of charge if you use our official procedure, and the return label will be provided by us.
Are the shipping costs of the order refunded? No, in the event of a return, only the value of the purchased item will be refunded. The initial shipping costs are excluded from the refund.

📦 Detailed Shipping Guide
GHŌUD manages shipments to Italy, the EU, and South Korea. Standard delivery times are 3 working days for Italy and 5 working days for European and international destinations.
Products that are available in the warehouse will normally be delivered as quickly as possible and, as an indication:
- In Italy, within 3 working days from receipt of payment.
- In EU states other than Italy, within 5 working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by a specialized courier, in a suitable package/packaging to the recipient's address indicated by the Customer. The delivery terms indicated above refer to products available in our warehouses and must be understood as non-binding for Heavy/Ghōud S.r.l., which may subsequently confirm or modify them according to its needs.
Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the Products correspond, also in number, to the Products ordered, it being understood that, in the event of non-conformity of the delivered Products compared to the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing proof of delivery for the shipment. The packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the package appears tampered with, Customers are requested to sign for the receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to contact the courier immediately.
Heavy/Ghōud S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for shortages, theft, or damage to shipments or their contents if the package was accepted without reserve. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being sent back to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured; this coverage ceases upon delivery.
For non-EEC countries, administrative customs duties may apply entirely at the expense of the recipient, which may vary at the discretion of customs. These fees are not managed by Heavy/Ghōud S.r.l. and will subsequently be invoiced directly by the Customs Authorities of the country to which the ordered products are shipped.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Verify the timing: Send the return request on the website within the 14-day limit.
Apply the Label: Use exclusively the return label provided by GHŌUD to ensure the service is free of charge. Sneakers must be returned clean and kept inside their original box.
Refund Issuance: After the quality check at our logistics
facility, the amount paid for the item will be credited back to the original
payment method.
Please note: The expenses incurred for the shipping of the order will
not be refunded.
⚠️ ATTENTION
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return request. The return is your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.
It is NOT possible to exchange goods for different sizes and/or models. Therefore, if you wish to make an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, or for a different item, please process the return and then place a new order.
The shipping costs for sending the return are at our expense only if the return is carried out according to the following procedures.
Returns sent back using a procedure or couriers different from those indicated by us will not be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can manage your return request directly from the MY ACCOUNT section of the website by logging in; if you do not remember your access credentials, you can request them again. If you made a purchase without registering, you can still request your return from the REQUEST A RETURN section of the website. Enter the required data and follow the instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Enter the MY ACCOUNT section and click the "REQUEST RETURN" button next to
the order you placed.
(Please Note: usually the "REQUEST RETURN" button appears 3 days after the order and automatically disappears upon expiry of the 14 days allowed to make a return) - Select the items you want to return and complete the procedure.
After confirming your return request, you will receive an automatic
confirmation EMAIL.
Within 48 hours, you will receive the instructions to make the return.
Upon verification of the product's integrity (as per the General Conditions
of Contract), the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, while the shipping
costs incurred for the order will be retained by Heavy/Ghōud S.r.l.
