Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated on the order according to the total weight of the goods ordered.

For countries outside the EU, administrative customs duty fees borne by the recipient may be applicated, which may vary at the discretion of the customs. These fees are not handled by Ghōud and will then be invoiced directly by Customs Offices of the country where the products ordered are shipped.

Ghōud guarantees delivery within 3 working days in Italy and abroad within 5 working days delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:30. Business days are considered Monday to Friday. To Calabria and islands delivery may take an additional day.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday during office hours (from 9:00 to 18:00). The couriers will make three delivery attempts, leaving alerts. After three attempts, your order will be returned to sender.
