ATTENTION

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. The return is your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.

• It is NOT possible to exchange goods for different sizes and/or models, so if you want to change with the same item in different sizes or colors, or with a different item, please make a return and then place a new order.
• Shipping costs for returning the items are covered by us only if the return is made according to the following procedures.
• Returns sent back using procedures or couriers different from those we indicate will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can manage your return request directly from the ORDER HISTORY section of the website by logging in. If you don’t remember your login credentials, you can request them again. If you made a purchase without registering, you can still request your return from the RETURN REQUEST section of the site. Enter the required information and follow the instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE

• Enter the ORDER HISTORY section and click the "REQUEST RETURN" button next to the order you placed. (Note: the "REQUEST RETURN" button usually appears 3 days after the order and automatically disappears after the 14-day return period.).
• Select the items you wish to return and complete the procedure.
• After confirming your return request, you will receive an automatic confirmation EMAIL.
• Within 48 hours, you will receive instructions to process the return.

At the time of verifying the integrity of the product (as per General Conditions of Contract), the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, while the shipping costs incurred for the order will be retained by Heavy/Ghōud S.r.l.
